How big is the tent?


The Color Bubble is 20 feet wide and 16 feet high.




Will I need to provide seating?


No, The Color Bubble is a paint party on the move. The Color Bubble paint party experience includes tables and chairs, easels, canvases, lighting, music, art and art supplies. We even have artificial turf and a generator!




Is there max occupancy?


Yes, at this time our paint parties must not exceed 20 painters. Please see COVID 19 guidelines above for updates to occupancy.




Can we choose our own art?


Yes, art for your party is available from The Color Bubble's online portfolio/gallery OR you can upload an image for a custom re-creation (subject to copyright). Our resident Artist is also available to work with you to customize art for your themed event.




Is a power outlet needed?


Access to an electrical outlet is preferred, however, we have a generator! Let us know to bring our generator along in your Event Request Form.




Weather Guidelines


Weather Safety: The Color Bubble's mobile studio is equipped to sustain light wind and rain. The mobile studio is waterproof and anchored on site for wind resistance. For the safety of our guests we will move to revert indoors, postpone, reschedule or cancel if we encounter heavy rain, wind or lightening. *See Cancellation Policy* Secondary Indoor Space: We recommend that a secondary indoor space be made available if inclement weather conditions are forecasted to persist into your allotted event time. The Color Bubble's set team/event staff will contact you atleast 24 hours in advance to make arrangements. A partial refund will be issued if the event proceeds in the secondary indoor space. Severe Weather or "Acts of God": In case of severe weather or "Acts of God" (accidents, death, health emergencies, flash flooding, explosions, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, lightening, hurricanes etc.) - if we are unable to erect our mobile studio, offer/arrange an indoor alternative, postpone, extend or rescedule - a full refund will be issued.




Can we bring food?


Absolutely. Bring your own beverage and hors' doeuvres.




Any restrictions?


YES, We do not allow heat under the tent canopy or sharp objects. Setup space must be free and clear of debris.




COVID 19 Guidelines


We value the safety of our patrons and employees. In light of the recent COVID 19 developments, we have adopted the folllowing changes to our operations: 1. We have reduced our class size to 15 painters per session. Multi-Sessions are an available option. If you would like to schedule an event for more than 15 people, we can accommodate with multiple sessions of 10-15 painters each with ordered arrival of attendees so that we remain in compliance with CDC and County requirements. 2. At this time we can only offer events in private homes and spaces. 3. Masks are mandatory. 4. Hand Sanitizer and Wipes are available on site. 5. The Color Bubble is sanitized between events.




Deposit, Refund and Cancellation and Policies


1. We require up to 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled event. 25% of your deposit will be reserved by The Color Bubble as a cancellation fee. 75% will be refunded to the client. 2. A full refund will be issued only for events cancelled 2 weeks (or more) prior to the scheduled event. 3. To secure your event date and time, the Deposit Payment must be remitted within 7 days of the issuance of the deposit invoice. 4. In the case of severe weather or "Acts of God" (accidents, death, health emergencies, flash flooding, explosions, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, lightening, hurricanes etc.) - if we are unable to erect our mobile studio, offer/arrange an indoor alternative, postpone, extend or reschedule - a full refund will be issued. 5. Final Payment and Final RSVP (head count) will become due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.




Is The Color Bubble temperature controlled?


Yes, The Color Bubble is air conditioned!
